I'm an AI platform leader. For 13+ years I've built the infrastructure other teams build on — across agentic AI, large-scale machine learning, and data platforms.
My work spans the length of the modern data-and-AI stack. I helped build India's largest big-data lake and shipped machine learning at national scale — churn prediction across 300 million subscribers — before leading the move into generative and then agentic AI. As DGM, AI Platform & Agentic AI at Jio Platforms, I architected and led the 0→production build of the company's enterprise agentic-AI platform and directed a 54-person organization, cutting agent delivery from months to weeks by standardizing the platform and embedding security and compliance at its core.
Today I work as a Fractional CTO and architect for health-tech and fintech teams — on the problems that don't fit a feature cycle: observability across multi-agent systems, inference cost control, governance, and the path from prototype to platform. The Agentic Platform, the 30-chapter reference design published on this site, is how I document that first-principles thinking. I take a small number of engagements, chosen carefully.

Background
- DGM — AI Platform & Agentic AI · Jio Platforms 2024–2026
Architected and led the 0→production build of Jio's enterprise agentic-AI platform — a five-layer stack (LLM serving → data & memory → orchestration → LLMOps / observability → app hosting) that let five teams ship 7 production agents on shared, governed infrastructure. Directed a 54-person AI/ML organization (24 direct reports). Deployed self-hosted LLM serving on Ray across 28× NVIDIA H100 GPUs, fronted by a LiteLLM gateway (~5–15k chat-completions/day); introduced LLMOps org-wide via Langfuse; built Jio's first production MCP-based agent; cut agent delivery from months to weeks; trained 380 staff.

Health-tech: establishing agentic-AI infrastructure and building an ontology-driven advanced-RAG agent for multi-hop, evidence-based clinical Q&A. Fintech: standing up agentic-AI infrastructure and delivering a generative-UI agentic app (CopilotKit) for merchant and customer onboarding, loyalty, and analytics.

Launched WYND DEX and a liquid-staking protocol natively on Juno (CosmWasm). Pioneered two Cosmos-ecosystem firsts — the first on-chain M&A and the first protocol-owned-liquidity deals. Led token engineering and economic design; built a NASA / EU satellite-data oracle for DeFi — DevPost Web3 Hackathon winner ($55K).
- Data Science Manager — Big Data CoE · Reliance Jio 2017–2020
Core builder of India's largest big-data lake (480-node Cloudera, petabytes/day). Shipped production ML at national scale: churn prediction across 300M customers (F1 0.89), network-fault prediction, and PAN-India 4G coverage optimization. Built an early production RAG / closed-domain QA system. Led COVID-19 contact-tracing analytics for NITI Aayog and the Maharashtra CM task force.
